This morning Jurrasic Park XIV was filmed on our first floor. Or so I thought. But no. It was merely our kitchen ceiling and floor being forcibly removed from our domocile. I was equipped with appropriate gear for breathing dust, or rather avoiding dust.

The appartus made it rather difficult to navigate the parameters of the kitchen and I found myself more underfoot than not. My vision impeded, I shall nonetheless endeavor to conduct a tour through the renovation.

Though they don’t look efficient at the moment, we have these radiators throughout the house and they put out more heat than one might think. Many times I have come in from the cold, my tail nearly frozen, and I’ve found comfort by plopping myself down on the top of a radiator. Mittens are dried out in a similar fashion.

We had a visitor stop by who found our outdoor plumbing quite convenient. But that is a story for another time. As you can see below, the new indoor plumbing can be seen peeking out of the corner. That corner is where they tell me the new kitchen sink will be.

Upon looking around the cleared space, it occurred to me that this would be a fabulous dance studio. As you know, Purple and I are excellent dancers. We took first prize one year at Portland Ballroom Dance, but I digress. Look at that lovely open space!

Thus inspired, I could no longer contain myself.
Next time I shall get Melinda to dance with me.
I didn’t realize you were so professional.
There is much you don’t know about me CALZONE.
